Beloit Snappers Season Review

Lis did it all for the Snappers this season.

The 2006 season was a success for the Beloit Snappers, who made their second consecutive trip to the Midwest League post-season. Though they did not win a championship, the team definitely showed that the Twins are stocked even at the lower levels. On the strength of one of the best overall batting seasons in the Minors, the Snappers used a great pitching staff to get to the playoffs.

The Beloit Snappers had another great run through the Midwest League in 2006, making their second consecutive trip to the post-season. Although the season did not end with a championship, this young group of players showed the organization that once again the future is bright.
