Garza Named 2006 Player of the Year

Garza made the jump from High-A to MLB this year.

Matt Garza was recently named USA Today's 2006 Minor League Player of the Year, after making the jump from Fort Myers of the Florida State League, to the Minnesota Twins. The former first round pick dominated at every level, and is currently helping the Twins clinch a spot in the playoffs.
