Devries had an ERA under 3.00 in 2008.		By Brad Weiss Publisher Date: Mar 19, 2009 The Minnesota Twins signed Cole Devries as a non-drafted free agent after his junior season at the University of Minnesota. A finesse pitcher, Devries had a very successful Cape Cod season before being signed by the Twins in August of 2006. Now slated for New Britain in 2009, Devries is a legitimate prospect.
