Rene Tosoni burst onto the scene back in 2007, and had it not been for an injury in 2008, would probably be ranked higher than 43rd. He has a great skill set, an incredible baseball IQ, and should be a top-20 prospect next season. Here is a look at another great young Twins outfield prospect.
