The Minnesota Twins drafted Matt Garza in the first round of the 2005 draft, and since being drafted, Garza has gone from the Appalachian League to the Major Leagues in a little over a year. He has multiple plus pitches, and has the mental capacity to be an elite Major League pitcher. Here is a look at our number one prospect, Matt Garza:
