The Twins promoted top pitching prospect Nick Blackburn to Triple-A Rochester on Monday, after the right-hander spent only three weeks at Double-A New Britain. Once considered a borderline prospect, the 23-year old has skyrocketed through the organization this season, after starting the year as a Florida State League All-Star with Fort Myers.
