Here is the second installment of Twins Prospect Power Rankings. In our second of the season, Beloit starter Liam Hendriks takes the top spot once again, as he has been lights out for the Snappers in 2010. Take a look at the top-20 performers of the young season.

Editor's Note: This is not a list of the top prospects in the organization, but rather who is having the better 2010 season.

1. Liam Hendriks, Beloit
Hendriks continues to take the top spot in the Prospect Power Rankings, as he was our top guy for the second straight rankings. The right-hander has been having a magical season in the Midwest League, as he has now has a 0.41 earned run average through his first 22 innings of work this season. In total, Hendriks has struck out 26 batters, has allowed seven hits, and has walked only two.

2. Bobby Lanigan, Fort Myers
Lanigan shoots up six spot this rankings, as the right-hander has been a monster for the Fort Myers Miracle thus far this season. In 22.1 innings of work this season, Lanigan has posted a 0.81 earned run average in the Florida State League, and has struck out 20. He has been the ace of the Miracle staff in 2010, and continues to get better.

3. Dustin Martin, Rochester
The Wings outfielder makes his first appearance of the 2010 rankings, as he has been raking the ball so far this season. He has been very potent in the Rochester lineup, batting .328 to start the season. He has also shown some power, as he is tied for the lead in the organization with three home runs. In total, he has driven in 13 runs, which is an organizational high, and has scored 12 times.

4. Jason Repko, Rochester
Repko has shown flashes of brilliance in his first season with the Twins, and could be next in line to be called up to the big league club. The speedster has batted an organizational high .346 in 2010, and has blasted two home runs. He also has driven in six, and has yet to make an error in the field.

5. Kyle Gibson, Fort Myers
The former first round pick has been lights out to start the season, and is coming off a one-hitter. In total, Gibson ius 2-1, and has an earned run average of 1.76. He currently leads the organization in strikeouts, and has pitched 30.2 innings in total. He has definitely lived up to his top billing so far in 2010.

6. Rene Tosoni, New Britain
The big bat in the Rock Cats lineup, Tosoni continues to mash Eastern League pitching. The sweet-swinging lefty is batting .328 at press time, and is second on the team with seven runs. He also has a home run and six runs batted in, and leads the team in triples.

7. David Bromberg, New Britain
The reigning Twins Minor League Pitcher of the Year is back at it again, and is dominating in the Eastern League in 2010. The right-hander has tossed 18 Eastern League innings thus far, and is striking out nearly a batter per inning. In total, he has posted a 1.00 earned run average, and is 1-0.

8. Tom Stuifbergen, Beloit
Stuifbergen leads the Snappers in wins this season, as he is a perfect 3-0 through his first four starts. In five total appearances, Stuifbergen has posted a 1.38 earned run average, and has struck out 23 batters in 26 innings. Opponents are hitting only .221 against him so far.

9. Brian Dozier, Beloit
The first infielder of the rankings, Snappers’ Shortstop Brian Dozier is raking in the Midwest League. He currently leads Beloit in hits, and is batting over .300 to start the season. The slick-fielding infielder has also scored 11 times, and has driven in seven.

10. Aaron Hicks, Beloit
The crown jewel of the Twins organization is hitting his stride in Beloit, and is absolutely raking lately. Batting .545 over his last nine games, the speedster has seen his average jump to nearly .300, after starting the season in a miserable slump. He currently leads the system in runs, and his three home runs are tied for first. He has also stolen five bags.

11. Yangervis Solarte, Fort Myers
Solarte is off to a hot start to the season, and is currently the only Miracle regular batting over .300. The infielder has played all over the infield for the Miracle, and has collected 20 hits. He also has five runs, four runs batted in, and is second on the team in walks.

12. Daniel Osterbrock, Beloit
Osterbrock was a big-time arm last season, and was recently named the Midwest League Pitcher of the Week. In total, Osterbrock has posted a 3.10 earned run average through his first 20.1 innings this season, and has struck out 20 batters. He has also shown good command, walking only four thus far.

13. Brian Dinkelman, Rochester
Dinkelman continues to hit for the Red Wings, and is showing that he could be a big cog in the Wings lineup in 2010. For the season, Dinkelman is batting close to .300, and is second on the team in hits. He has also shown a great batting eye, walking 13 times this year, giving him an on-base percentage over .400.

14. Steven Liddle, Beloit
Another big bat in the Snappers lineup, Liddle has shown gap power in 2010, and is only going to get better. Aside from his 11 runs batted in, Liddle is tied for the organization lead in home runs, and has smacked four doubles. He is also third on the team in runs.

15. Trevor Plouffe, Rochester
Many Twins fans are beginning to clamor for Plouffe, who has been very consistent at the plate for Rochester to start the season. He has shown incredible extra-base hit potential, as he leads the team with three triples. He also has three doubles, two home runs, and is second on the team in runs batted in.

16. Ben Revere, New Britain
The speedy top prospect is having a great start to his Double-A season, as Revere is batting close to .300 to open the year. He trails only Tosoni in hits in 2010, and leads the way with five stolen bases. Though he has struck out 12 times, he does have eight walks, and has an on-base percentage near .400.

17. Tyler Robertson, New Britain
The big lefty has been a mainstay in the New Britain rotation in 2010, and is likely headed for Rochester before long. In four starts, Robertson has put together a 3.18 earned run average, and has struck out eight in 17 innings. He has been hit hard at times, as his batting average against of over .300 would indicate.

18. Angel Morales, Beloit
Morales is having a solid all-around season in 2010, as he is cementing himself as one of the best outfield prospects in the organization. Batting .281, Morales leads the organization in stolen bases, and already has five doubles. He is also tied for the organization lead in home runs, and is tied with Liddle for the team lead in runs batted in.

19 Miguel Munoz, Beloit
The fact that he has not won a game in 2010 is baffling, as he has been one of the top pitchers in the Midwest League this year. In four starts, Munoz has already struck out 22, and batters are hitting only .221 against him. He does need to work on his command, as he has walked 11 already in 2010.

20. Jeff Manship, Rochester
The right-hander appears ready for a shot with the Twins, as he has been a consistent arm for the Red Wings so far in 2010. In four starts, Manship is 2-2, and has a 3.48 earned run average. He has struck out 13 batters in 20.2 innings, but has been hit to the tune of a .316 batting average.
