The Twins drafted Rene Tosoni in the 36th round of the 2005 draft, and he was finally signed by Jim Ridley in the summer of 2006. A sweet-swinging outfielder, Tosoni batted over .300 in his first season of professional baseball in 2007, and could project as a top outfield prospect down the road.
