As the mid-season point ends, will be looking at evaluations for our pre-season Top-50 prospects. In this installment, we look at prospects 1-10, and tell you who's stock is rising, and who's is falling.

1. Matt Garza, Starting PitcherGarza was the best prospect in the Twins organization in 2006, after rising from High-A Fort Myers to the Major Leagues. In 2007, Garza began the season at Rochester, but earned himself a promotion back to the Minnesota Twins.
