The Twins signed Yohan Pino out of Venezuela in 2004, and he has since become one of the more intriguing pitching prospects in the organization. The young right-hander won a combined 20 games during the 2006 season, and has the ability to be a starter, or a reliever. Here is our 20th ranked prospect:
