Neshek was the best closer in the IL in 2006.		By Roger Dehring TCD Twins Expert Date: Nov 15, 2006 Our last review will be the relief pitchers. Each player will have their age and 2006 ranking, based on performance, indicated compared with their ranking in 2005. If their 2006 ranking has improved, it will be indicated in green. If their ranking has declined, it will be in red. Players on the 40-man roster will be indicated by an ** preceding their name.
