2006 GCL Twins Season in Review

The 2006 Gulf Coast League Twins boasted some of the best talent in the GCL, most notably 2006 first round pick Chris Parmelee. In this review, we name a Hitter and Pitcher of the Year for the GCL Twins, as well as recap some of the key players on the team. We also look at an overview of the squad, and what prospects you should keep an eye out for.

The 2006 Gulf Coast League Twins had their fair share of up and downs, and finished the season with a 26-27 record. While they played under .500 ball, the organization was introduced to some prospects who could crack a Major League lineup a few years down the road.
