In our inaugural Twins Short-Season Power Rankings, we look at the top-15 performances for those players playing for Elizabethton, or the Gulf Coast League Twins. Two 2006 draft picks take the top two spots, as we break down the short-season's top performers.

9 Tyler Robertson GCL Robertson made his professional debut this past week, and went four innings.  The young left-hander struck out four batters in the outing, walked one, and allowed one run. NR
10 Rodolfo Palacios GCL Palacios has batted .295 during his first five appearances this season, and has posted two multi-hit games.  He has also driven in three runs, while striking out only once. NR
11 Ludovicus Van Mil GCL Van Mil is over 7-feet tall, which is one of the reasons he has struggled with his command so far this season.  However, he has struck out five, and has a 2.89 ERA in 9.1 innings of work. NR
12 Joshua Dean ELI Dean was given the promotion from the Gulf Coast League Twins, and has batted with the same consistency that he did last season.  In three games, he has three hits, and is batting .333. NR
13 Wilson Ramos GCL Ramos is only batting .261 on the season, but he has been fun to watch.  He has five extra-base hits already, with four doubles and a triple. NR
14 J.W. Wilson ELI Wilson is batting .273 on the season, but he has only hit safely in one of his three starts.  In that game, he went 3-4, and blasted his first home run of the season. NR
