With Opening Day three months away, lets take a look at the projected starts for the American League Central. While it is early, and things could change, here is a look at who has the edge in each position. In this installment, we look at catchers and infield players, and let you know who holds the advantage at each spot.

Catcher: A.J. Pierzynski (Chicago), Victor Martinez (Cleveland), Ivan Rodriguez (Detroit), John Buck (Kansas City), Joe Mauer (Minnesota)This is one position in which the American League Central may have the strongest starters in the entire league.
